Multi-modal reporting — photo, text, voice in 10+ Indian languages. Gemini 2.0 Flash gates non-civic submissions, BART zero-shot classifies urgency, and a ranking formula keeps safety-critical issues surfaced.

Hybrid Search Engine over Reddit

Three-index retrieval: shard-aware BM25 + TF-IDF sparse + FAISS vectors over MiniLM embeddings, fused with a tunable α. SQLite WAL with subreddit-partitioned shards, trie autocomplete, token-bucket limits, and a SQLite-backed job queue.
